We finally had an upset in the semis, as Cheddar defeated Pepper Jack. Now we have #1 seed Mozzerella against #3 Cheddar for the title... or do we?


Seeing as I'm an evil dictator who has all the control over this thread, I'm preserving Pepper Jack as a third finalist to get a final shot. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Cheddar is either bland or disgusting. Mozzarella is delicious. Pepper Jack is also delicious, but it can't go on pizza. I do love its sharp and spicy taste though...

I went with Mozzarella if only because I can eat more Mozzarella in one sitting than any other cheese. I once ate two whole blocks of Mozzarella. True story, brah.

Mozzarella is far and away the most versatile cheese listed in this poll. Be it sliced, in string form, in a fresh ball, shredded or fried in stick form, mozzarella never disappoints.

I will be celebrating this heavenly milky creation at lunch today, most likely in the form of slices of fresh mozzarella on a grilled chicken panini.
