Compatiability with The Playstation Eye

The playstation Eye is more advance type of Audio recieveing device out there yet I see no patch or even attemp at intergrating it. Do you think the PSE should be able to be used for Rock Band on PS3.

It should be enabled so that it can be used for the song "What Is Love?" to ensure that the whole band is bobbing their heads at the same rate.

Why? As far as using it for a mic it would suck, because while it is good a bluetooth headset is much better.

Integrating it to do what? Use it as a mic?
Who the hell wants to talk into a camera and I won't want to be the one to have to slap on it when you need to do so in vocals, no clue how people would do that with USB mics or bluetooth mics either. The mic that came with the game works great.

If you are talking about video or face mapping, I don't see why that would be required or even thought about being used for anything. Plus they would need to put that in the Xbox 360 version too since they also have a camera.

I think it would be pretty sweet to be able to make videos with it during the game, preferably using the in-game audio stream directly. However, I think that's kind of a big project, and there are many more things I would like to see worked on first.

And for the record, I don't think the eye is terribly sophisticated itself. It's basically just a webcam with a microphone. It's the software that makes it cool.
