Yes I'm sure just merely reading this subject title strikes fear into your mortal human heart.
Anyone here down with the scumdogs?

Oh hell yes. I would LOVE to see them in this game, or to see them in concert again ... they come through here twice a year or so to drench us with their mighty gore and viscera, and to grace us with their godlike glory. I also have the DVD box set. Also note their presence in my requested set list I think?

Damn it Bling, now I gotta go listen to some GWAR.

gwar was origionally deathpiggy and formed the band in richmond when they started out they were just a punk band who had no talent at all and went to vcu (virginia commonwealth university sigh..) and took art. They used to do very abstract thingd like dress up like manniquins then they came out with thier first album called smile or die when they were just 16 then they drooped deathpiggy got better made costumes formed gwar mutilated humans and the world has never been the same ever since.

Yes I know. I own the Death Piggy LP on vinyl, which is signed by Dave Brockie himself.

Also to piss off one of my ex girlfriends who HATES gwar, I wore her work uniform to a concert, got it blood soaked, and had balsac and bob gorman sign it.

Random side note: In Metalocalypse, Dethklok is billed as the "biggest act in the universe". Sounds like a choice setup for a GWAR vs. Dethklok Battle of the Bands Deathmatch to me! Though I'm torn as to who I'd be cheering on ...

GWAR.......They simply own. Seen them 3 or 4 times, good times.

Oddly enough, GWAR vs. Dethklok is probably the best vs. between bands I've ever heard :P

GWAR is easily my favorite band.. Everyone thinks they're funny and overlooks the fact they're actually talented.

Ive seen them 14 or 15 times since 93, plus I went to the X-Cops show when they toured for that.

I'm seeing them July 13th in Worcester, along with Shadows Fall, Chimaira and others. I've never really been into GWAR that much but it's on my things to do list, lol. SF should be good and I've already seen Chimaira there (Chimaira, Dragonforce, & Killswitch Engage was an amazingly good time), and they were good too.
