Battlefield: 1943 glitched achievement - "Best Squad"

I've been in the best squad several times (maybe 5) on each map, but have still yet to get the achievement. Also glitched is the "stats and awards" menu which claims I've only been in the top squad five times, when I know for SURE it has been more. Hell, I had 5 before last game, was in the best squad again, and it's still at 5.

So... anyone else getting screwed?

Nope, it unlocked fine for me. Perhaps you are reading your stats wrong. *shrug*

Beats me. I picked it up in my first run of games the day it came out, so I dunno. Are you sure you're getting in the best squad and not just the best player? They aren't one and the same.

Its glitched for me too, which makes me sad as I'll never get all 12 ridiculously easy achievements. =[

is it best squad per team or overall best squad...going to be able to get in the game for the first time this weekend.

It didn't unlock for me straight away but I did get this achievement eventually. I think if you're aiming for the 100 games achievement, you should get it somewhere along the line.
