I have a question regarding the upcoming Abbey Road full album DLC. How is the Abbey Road Medley going to be handled? Will every song be separate or will they be in the full 16 minute medley? Not all the songs in the medley will work as separate songs, like Beacause and Her Majesty, because they don't have all the instruments, and Sun King barely has drums. Her Majesty is just Paul singing with guitar. How will this be handled?

No one knows...yet.

We don't know yet. I can only hope that the songs will all be playable as a long, uninterrupted setlist.
By the way, Sun King has a reasonable amount of drumming... a steady bass kick with very quiet cymbal accents. There's also something else other bit of percussion (bongos?) that could be charted as well. Because doesn't have drums, but I don't really consider it part of the medley. Her Majesty is only 30 seconds long.

I really hope that they give us a chance to play the game uninterrupted no matter where we are in it. Excepting the studio, it would make sense for there to be continuity.

Abbey Road will be one continuous track of DLC, played from Come Together to Her Majesty without a break. I thought everybody knew that. ;)
I hope it's preserved as one long track.

I hope that the Medley is done as one track. It would be beyond awesome. However, a question arises from this: would Her Majesty be between Mean Mr. Mustard and Polythene Pam or as the last song?

Singing Because would be awesome :)

I posted a thread yesterday about it - the Abbey Road medley will be playable as one long track. Confirmed in an article linked from the thread (I think it was WIRED). Not sure if you'll also play them separately yet.

Ok, no. The WHOLE album won't be a continious track. Sheesh. You sound like John in the Magical Mystery Tour bus.
Probably the Medley is all one track, and if you want a certain track in it, accessing it in Quick Play, it'll be seperate.

I thought the sarcasm/tongue-in-cheek in my post was plainly obvious to all. You must have missed it. Of COURSE, it isn't a single track for the entire album.
Now I hope you won't be trying to debunk Eddie Murphy's claim that he was the fifth Beatle. ;)

OBVIOUSLY he was.
HMX is just racist for not including anything about him in the game.

I was thinking about it, and I realized how much the medley matters for a lot concerning the Abbey Road DLC. Will the medley be counted as one song when purchasing the album? (Probably not) Will it have one full dreamscape throughout the song, and if it does, what will Her Majesty's be? And I know it's not in the medley, but Because is pretty much just vocals. How will that be handled? I know all of this is impossible for anyone not from HMX to answer, but I'd like to know what everyone else thinks.

I think we may have the Sun King Melody and Golden Slumbers Melody and that's it.
