bad thing is there is alot of double bass in avenged sevenfold......I love the rev but it wouldnt feel right playing it on the single pedal and they not really mainstream enough to make it to DLC i dont think. I HOPE SO. M.I.A. would be a good one. Blinded in chains, The Wicked End, Bat Country, Scream, Afterlife, Almost Easy, Critical Acclaim.....the older ones are prolly too hardcore for RockBand

Don't you remember bat country being all over MTV FUSE MTV2 The radio and kerrang and all of the music channels in every english speaking country?!?!?!

Though they have decided they don't want to be a "sellout" band by being on MTV , they are still on the radio and all the other music channels

Basically they made a statement with bat country and that statement was "We are avenged sevenfold... listen to this crazy ****! buy our album! remember the name and become a fan! and after this we are gonna keep it pretty underground"

Basically thats what they did is come into super mainstream with 1 huge hit song and then go back to the non super mainstream to maintain their image but basically bat country made everyone in every english speaking country know who they are

So its like... fan base was established with bat country basically and then they got those millions of fans and word of mouth + the less mainstream TV stations and radio to keep them going from there

By all means A7X is mainstream... everyone knows who they are so I don't think theres a problem there man

That is just that one song, look at most the DLC so far, most all of it is mainstream bands that mostly everyone has heard. Who hasnt heard I faught the law or Roxanne compared to who hasnt heard Bat Country.

I LOVE A7X, really want them on there.....im just saying idk if they really stick out that much to HMX to put them in the game, if they do then I will prolly jump up and down cheering honestly!

No honestly I never heard roxanne untill they stuck it in rock band and I never heard "I fought the law" in its entirety untill today but before that I just heard small bits of it in miscelaneous places

and no... Bat country was within the top few numbers on the charts and getting massive TV and radio play all over the place beleive me its bat country that got them into the mainstream
