Question about RBN

how do we chart the songs? using DB? i have reaper downloaded, but how do i chart them?

You can use dB for the syncing, for the instruments, and the different difficulties, but not much more than that. Harmonix is coming out with Reaper: Rock Band Edition with full documentation soon on how to do it.
