Pepsi Redemption

i have a wii.
and i have been downloading the DLCs from the pepsi page with no problems.
but the last couple tries i have tried to downlaod any of the songs it shows this message...
Unable to redeem points for that song token. Please try again later or contact support.

is anyone else having this problem???
the codes have gone through fine until i try to downlaod.

i am having this problem to. i tried to contact the support over there with no help and i guess no one here wants to help either. wheres a mod when ya need one?

Have you tried to look at your code history?

It shows a detailed list of all the DLC codes you have received. If you have not received a code yet it will have a button to redeem it now.

Unfortunately I do not think any one here can really "help" as this is a Pepsi promotion on a Pepsi site. Contacting them might be the only way to get the issue fixed if my suggestion above does not work.

If you are receiving this while on your Wii then you may have to contact Nintendo as the code was sent to you but something at Nintendo's end is not working. Maybe they did not receive the info on the code you received yet and is delayed. Have you "tried again later " as suggested :P
