I think he means that the roundness and the position (not including extra pad) looks more like rockband drums.

Looks like they made an improvement over the last set. The competition between Rock Band and Guitar Hero is the best thing possible for the music games. If there were only one game there would be no reason to improve.

still not liking the 3 pads, they arent true rolls when playing...
Ill gladly stick with my RB2 set

Still looks like crap. Seems like the pedal is still plastic. Which means the hardcore killers on drums out there will break the pedal.
The 4 pads work fine, having 3 limits to the fills variety for me. Since it would seem weird playing a fill using one of the cymbals.

Cymbals look nicer than the wedge ones. Hopefully they're more sturdy.

Kit seemed pretty nice to me. I've yet to play a gh kit though so I could be completely wrong...
