Are having problems linking your Gamertag to this website or having issues with redeeming a code on Xbox Marketplace?

EDIT* I see that your GT is not linked to RB.com. That must be what you are referring to.

Do you have another account? Or maybe someone in your family already registered the xbox if you share it.
