The Story Of Alma Wade

For those that live under a rock, Alma Wade is the girl from the F.E.A.R. series. I'm playing through F.E.A.R. 2 right now, and I have beat it before when I had a 360, but does anyone know the exact story of Alma?

From what I've gathered, Paxton Fettel is her son, along with the guy you play as in the first F.E.A.R. As a child she was impregnated while being kept in that glass water chamber, and she gave birth to her children and they left her there to die afterwards, and has come back to exact her revenge.

Do I have that right?

I know she is sad that she never got to be with her children, that was hinted on in F.E.A.R. 2, so that has something to do with it, and the ending of F.E.A.R. 2 is out of this world. It looked as if Alma and Beckett were having sex, and she flashed a smile.

This is fairly in depth. I havent read it all, mainly because I can't be bothered to.

From what Ive read, it does say Paxton Fettel is her son.

As for the FEAR 2 ending, I have no clue what that was about. It pretty much left it open for a FEAR 3 though

All children suffer from nightmares. Fortunately, Most enjoyo the luxury of waking up from them.
Not so for young Alma Wade.
At an early age,It was deternimed that Alma's debilitating nightmares and hallucinations
were a product for her latent psychic abilities, Which made her painfully subscreptible to the anger and fear of those around her.
As Alma's psychic powers grew exponentially,her own father, Research scientist Harlan Wade, Made her her the prime focus of Armacham Technology Corporation's
top - Secret Project Origin. The goal of Origin was to use Alma's DNA to create human clones
Who could command soldiers telephathically. However, Due to her increasingly
unstable psyche, Alma was deemed too dangerous to remain free during the project.
Two days after her eight birthday,she was put in an Artificially-induced coma and hidden
away in an underground vault for Armacham's study and expermimentation.
As Alma lay in stasis for years,Harlan Wade surmised that her powers might not be entirely genetic.
To ensure a succesful psychic "Prototype",he decided to impregnate her,should any of her
ability be transferable in utero. Wade, along with several other scientists,Constributed DNA
toward the creation of the first prototype child.

At age 15,Alma gave birth to the first of two prototypes. Despite being under heavy
sedation, Alma regained consciousness during the delivery and was agonizingle aware
of her child being taken from her. (This first prototype, Judged unfir for Armacham's purposes,
was later revealed to be the point from from F.E.A.R)
At age 16,Alma gave birth to a second, 'Succesful' prototype, Paxton Fettel.
When Fettel was 10 years old,Alma merged her consciousness with his,In what
became known as a 'Synchronicity event' obeying his mother's psychic directive.
The child killed severtal members of the Origin team, Following this disaster,
Project origin was shut down. Alma was removed from life support,and the entire
Origin facility was locked up and abandoned. However, Those respondsible for Project Origin
had grossly underestimated Alma's power -- And her wrath.
Even after her death, Alma Wade's Toxic life force remained. Tainting the auburn
industrial district around the Origin facility and driving away its population.
Many years after it was abandoned, Armacham president Genevieve aristide returned
to The Vualt in an attempt to relaunch Project Origin. After teams sent to
investigate the facility failed to return, Aristide ceased her efforts to reopen the site.
The damage,however was already done -- Alma's consciousness had been reawakened.
In another synchronity event,Alma's spirit freed the adult Paxton Fettel from his holding cell,
Whispering 'Kill them, Kill them all' With an entire squadron of Armacham's cloned
'Replica' soldiers now under his psychic control, Fettel launched a siege
on Armacham headquarters and began interrogating and killing those responsible
for Project Origin, one by one. In addition to Fettel and his army, Alma herself
has proven to be a frighteningly powerful force in their in quest for revenge.
Alma has been known to cause terrifying visions in her victims, and even conjure up
dangerous, Physical manifestations of her anger, Known as Nightmares.
Many of the special forces team members sent in to contain the Fettel Situation were
destroyed by Alma's psychic attacks -- Their flesh instantly liquefied, Leaving
nothing but charred, brittle bones amid puddles of gore. Following her release from The Vault,
During the F.E.A.R team's unseccuesful mission that led to the explosion of the Origin facility,
Alma's spirit has grown even more fearsome array of creatures now under her command,
Alma's ability to execute her wishes has never been greater.. But after already
having her killed her tormentors and freeing herself from The Vault, What could those wishes be?
Regardless, Anyone attempting to enter the Auburn District should do so with extreme caution.
As Alma can literally appear anywhere, at any time. By the time you hear her faint,
Chilling giggle,or the sharp jab of an unidentifiable radio transmission. It's probably already too late...

F.E.A.R Lab
So far, little is known about this horrific laboratory hidden deep within the bowels of Archmacham HQ. And for those hoping to
keep their sanity that's probably a good thing.
Abominations outfitted with surgical implants of some kind, Are strapped to the fear Lab's chair
and subjected to a battery of apparently brutal tests and terrifying visions.
The exact methods employed, And even the purpose of the lab itself, are still shrouded
in mystery, however. It is entirely possible that the cruel procedures carried out in the fear lab
were responsible for creating the abominations in the first place. Indeed,
given the history of Armacham's previous 'research' projects,almost anything is entirely possible..
