EA Sent Me The Wrong Guitar

So I posted last week about EA sending me 2 guitars (http://community.rockband.com/vbforum/showthread.php?p=169498#post169498) to replace my one guitar. I finally got around to opening the 2nd guitar and to my surprise it's for the wrong console. I own a 360 and they sent me a PS3 wireless guitar. Someone at EA is definitely not paying attention to what they are doing.

I shouldn't be, but an executive needs to go down there and remind some employees that they need to fix the system. I see lots of complaints on this site that people are waiting for their replacement guitar and here I am with 2 and one of them is for the wrong console.
