I suggest you remember this bread for later. It has A LOT of fiber in it. Because when you are old you will need fiber.

I've never heard of a bread with such a name. Although the only bread i've heard with fruit is raisin bread. Although Raisin bread is the best with cinnimon spread. :)

It's not wheat + berries, it's wheat berries (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wheat_berry), which are very good for you but also, IMO, quite disgusting.

Why did you buy it? I love wheat bread and honey wheat bread, but wheat berry sounds disgusting for sandwiches. It sounds like something you'd eat with breakfast and just put butter on or something.

I would not even recommend it for breakfast, honestly, with the amount of butter you would have to put on to cancel the grossness of it you would lose all of the health benefits of eating it in the first place.
