View Full Version : no return UPS label?

so i got my replacement drums yesterday night, after ordering it on the previous friday/saturday. not bad. the drums worked fine - and the 2 pedals i ordered work with this set. there is a little click when plugging in the pedal to the main set.

so i packed up the old drum kit into the box and was ready to ship it along with the replacement pedal, and i realise there was no return ups label for the drum kit (there was one for the drum pedal package). how does EA expect me to return their equipment?

go to the support site and send them a question letting them know. they'll probably mail you one.

My return slip was printed on the back of the first one. Try checking there.

It is on the flip side of your address label.

yeah i tried checking on the other side of the paper - but the only address was my own, no return address on any side of the paper.

In that case, give EA a call and let them know you have no return address. They should get one to you.

Same thing for me. No return label on flip side of paper. I also didn't get a return packing slip either and my RMA says complete. I'm sick of dealing with calling them over and over, I was one of those who rma'd in the first week and just got my guitar. They also never put a hold or charge on my card, they might have just acted like my order was a normal delievery instead of an express.

Same here. Just got my replacement drumkit today, and no return UPS label, just the one addressed to me. I opened a ticket on the EA support site.

EA responded to my question about this. they essentially informed me that the drum pads were defective and they didnt want it back. thats why they shipped the order with no return mailing address.

Hmm... that's crazy. I guess you have 1 and 3/4 pairs of drums now.

That makes two of us. Of course, they didn't send the pedal I requested, so I have to do another rma.
