What do you think are the hardest songs by instrument??

I think:

Drums: Next to You Police(intro), Run to the Hills, Last section of Won't get Fooled Again
Guitar: GGhT
Bass: never played
Mic: Only sing the songs I know I can lol :)

Have you SEEN "Won't Get Fooled Again" or "Run to the Hills" on drums? Next to You is a joke compared to them. Granted, I don't do well, but being able to sight read my way through makes a song easier in my book than failing numerous times.

GGHT obviously for guitar

Run to the hills for drums. I beat Won't Get Fooled Again on my first try but Hills is still kicking my ass on hard.

Personally, I cannot get "Blackened" behind me on Drums (hard)...it's kicking my ###.

I did Won't get fooled again, only tough part is the end where its pretty random. On Next to You, that beggining part jsut kills me. I will have to practice it quit a bit. Run to the Hills is tough, but I can understand the beat to it, the police song just doesn't click yet with me.

Drums: Run to the Hills. It's not actually that tricky, but just so physically demanding.
Bass: Run to the Hills. The exact same problem as Drums. Not actually hard, just physically hard.
Guitar: GGHT. Awesome solos.
Singing: A tie between Gimme Shelter and Dead on Arrival. These two songs just murder me every time.

I don't know about any of you, but Vasoline - STP is owning me on hard drums! I just can't get that rythm down yet.

....If only I could play the song at 70-80% in the tour...

Guitar: Green Grass and High Tides
Bass: Won't Get Fooled Again

Wow, on Guitar hard I had no problem completing all the songs except flirtin' with disaster. It's solo is so long and tappy.

I can do Dead on Arrival pretty well, though no one plays that song >.>

But though I'm sure I know how Gimme Shelter goes, every time I play it, I do horribly at it. It's my downright worst song.

Add in:

Guitar/Vocals: I Get By
Drum/Vocals: Ride the Lightning

I just tried cranking up my drum/vocals band to Hard/Hard on a random setlist, and got stuck with Won't Get Fooled Again and Ride the Lightning. It was painful (but I passed Won't Get Fooled Again)

For Electric Version vocals, it's all pretty much in the same area (pitch wise) with some drop offs for certain short phrases. Just hum until you get the on screen pitch and stay in that area (at least on medium).

Guitar-Green Grass and High Tides. This really didn't have to be said. It's much harder than anything else.
Drums- Run To The Hills. I have easily beaten everything else on hard. (after playing through medium for practice) The only other two songs I have ever failed on are Don't Fear The Reaper and Foreplay, and I demolished them after a few tries. I've played this one dozens of times, and my high score is 58%.
Bass-It's all pretty easy, I think. I never play bass.
Vocals-Gimme Shelter. It's not that hard, but even while listening to the original recording, I can't even hear Mick's voice over the woman's, and therefore must completely guess by where the little triangle is on screen when they are both singing at the same time. Run To The Hills is also kind of hard.

On drums I beat everything in the last tier (on expert) FAR more easily than Don't fear the Reaper. My God I almost lost my mind in that song. I 5* that Molly Hatchet song the first time through (WTF, that's a 2nd tier song) and beat Tom Sawyer first time as well, but I had to play don't fear the Reaper about 50 times. I kept dying at about 89%...so frustrating!
