Bought YYZ and it downloaded and installed but is missing from the game

I have redownloaded the song about 5 times and each time it says that the install was complete. I contacted Sony and their solution was to send me to EA. Ea's solution was to send me a new RB2 disk. I went and picked up another RB2 disk and the problem is still there after trying to download the song again and of course, go through the install.

Any thoughts?

Additionally, I also made purchases and downloaded and installed songs after I have bought and installed the YYZ and those songs are available to me.

I was trying to load the song with only a singer and of course, there is no singer so it does not show up in the list. :D:D:D:D:D

I'm gonna guess that you're trying to either 1) play this song as a vocalist, or 2) going through the Quickplay list in the game using your standard Sixaxis controller (which means you're playing a vocalist), or 3) trying to play this song with a band that includes a vocalist.

See the common element here? You can't play YYZ as a vocalist or with a vocalist because, well, there's no vocals.
