wanted to ask about this in my previous thread but it was closed before i could do so. Have they fixed the overdrive goin off by itself problem? Both guitars I've received have been doing this.

Part of the problem MAY be from what was causing my overdrive in my guitar NOT to work. The jumper wire that goes from the overdrive sensor to the main board was off of the prongs. I had to "hotglue" it back on.....yes...hotglue....that's how it was put on in the first place apparently. What may be happening is it's not completely on the pins, or connecting to somehing else and getting triggered. It's at least worth a look.

I've found that the overdrive goes off because my fingers bump the start or back button or whichever it is that engages overdrive.
I currently have the opposite problem, I damn near have to shake the guitar like a salt shaker to get it activated on my current guitar.
From what I can tell the strum bar works though. It's a bit slow to react - I think it's the new magnetic version and repetitive strumming just doesn't seem to be quite there.
