Info on "Normal Replacement" shipping?

Hello friends, just wondering if anyone who chose the "Normal Replacement" method, knows how long it generally takes for the replacement to arrive after sending in the broken one... On the support page, there's no general info on how long it should take... Normally I'd expect there to be a mention of 4-6 weeks or the like. Just wondering, as my tracking info informs that EA should be receiving my defective items today.
