2nd guitar replacement question

I just recieved my 2nd guitar replacement(along with Tiger Woods '08 as my free game) and noticed that there is no return label to ship the first replacement back. Did they forget to include this in the packing slip or are they just not wanting the broken replacements back? Btw, this second replacement actually came in 2 days, after I emailed EA tech support. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It should be on the same piece of paper that was addressed to you....You just fold it over and the return label will be there...
