This has only been happening before when the batteries were half way dead, and beyond, but now it happens all the time.
Whenever I hit the red pad, yellow pad, or blue pad, 20% of the time my drumkit will shut off completly, and won't turn back on for several minutes. Even when I put in new batteries, it still occurs. No matter how light I hit it, it still shuts off.
It has gotten so bad that now I have to buy a new drumkit. Had it since January. Other problems were all the colored pads came off after 2 months of using the drums, kick pedal broke after a week or two, in half, and the microphone jack was borken from purchase.
