Classic Rock Track Pack songs export to Rock band (360)

I just purchased the Classic Rock disc for my xb0x 360 off of Ebay, however I believe the last owner used the code on the back of the game. Is there another way to get those songs off of that disc so i can play them on the Rock Band game itself? The sole purpose of buying this game was to expand my existing game library, and kind of defeats the purpose if I cant do that. Or maybe somewhere I can go to buy another download code? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

In short, you are screwed. Track packs are one of those things that need to be bought in a store and not online. Only guarantee you have that it will work

some ebay sellers sell their code online unused, you have to be sure they didnt use it. of course buying a new game from a resputable source like rockband.com store, best buy, or amazon.com guarantees a new and unused code
