Hmm...I guess you can tape it hard on to the sensor. Maybe then itll work... I dont kw yet since im suppose to get RB 2day from UPS so im waiting, but as i have seen in picz that wat i guess u do.

You have two options:

1) Get it replaced under warranty.

2) Void your warranty and try to fix it yourself.

If you really want to go with option 2, do a search of these forums and you'll find a lot of information on how to fix them yourself.

Don't return it to the store. Thats why there are so many complaints on these boards. I bet everyone's problems are coming from returning and purchasing the same bundle from Wal-Mart. :D

as stated just get a new one. they are shipping fast now. it was just an issue at the release. the new ones are fine. I love my guitar

I returned my first broken one back to Best Buy and I had no problems. Bought a second package later that works much better, though the drums are still crap.
