Hello, fellow Beatles geeks! :)

I'm so hyped up for the game, that when I play RB, I press Mute and I pretend that I'm playing a song from the Beatles!

If you have something worse, share!

Well, I think on Sunday I made such a fool of myself because of the Fab Four. So, I met a friend of mine along with her friends and we started talking. Now, suddenly, one of them (Pretty good looking) started to sing a dumb Italian song, so I said: "C'mon, what about The Beatles?". So she started singing Hey Jude, my favourite Beatles song. Now, she was a pretty hot girl who was clearly glad to speak with me. I could have said many things.

"Hey Jude, don't be afraid..."
"WHAT?!! THE FIRST LINE SAYS "DON'T MAKE IT BAD"".

Yeah, pretty dumb :D

I sing, listen, talk about and point out stuff about Beatles songs all day. Also during movies, if I see anything Beatles related I point it out and all my friends get annoyed. Tough times for Beatles fans.

My wife hates me because I talk about this game so d**n much. She's looking forward to 09/09/09 just so I'll shut up. I'm listening to the Beatles like crazy too.

She thinks she's looking forward to that day, but then instead of talking about the game constantly, you'll be PLAYING it constantly!

i go on freestyle mode in the drum trainer in RB2, play beatles songs on the 360 music player and sing/drum along.
it's actually quite a lot of fun!

My wife loves playing RB2, so I'm certain once the game comes out she'll be all about it. She doesn't know the Beatles as well as me or a hardcore fan, but I'm hoping the game will get her more in to the Beatles.

Is it normal to be knocked out when you have your wisdom teeth removed? My dentist didn't even give me the option he just went to town after a little local anestetic followed by what felt like a 6" needle.

I haven't really had to give up anything (only getting the game). I fell way less hardcore.

Mine will play RB too, but it usually takes some coaxing. She's a very casual Beatles fan as well and honestly doesn't get my obsession. She likes when I play and sing her Beatles songs on the piano, but I generally have to stick to the Hey Jude's and Let it Be's. I'm trying to convert her.

I'm taking her to McCartney on 8/19, so I'm hoping that's a start.

I'm not sure how common it is, but I teach high school social studies and I hear horror stories from several students each year about being awake while it happened. When I went to my oral surgeon a few weeks ago my first question was, "Will I be asleep while you cut my teeth out?" Had he said no, I would've walked. I just don't have the nerves for that kind of thing, especially when I know there's an option to be asleep. Being put to sleep was great and I highly recommend it to any teenagers out there looking to get their wisdom teeth out in the near future.

I dreamt I was playing The Bealtes rockband. Like I found a copy and it had a note saying "dont show this to anyone" and then I played it with my sisters and it was amazing. Played "I Am Walrus" in the dreamscape.

I also had a dream about playing the Beatles: Rock Band last night. I was playing the story mode but the game had a totally different story than what actually happened. It's a little violent so I'm not going to post it but it was really weird.

Heh - sounds like my gf. She doesn't want to hear about any more updates. I'm guessing I may lose her after two hours, and I'll be playing online with people instead.

I have an mp3 player with mostly Beatles songs (some Hendrix and other artists as well); I listen to it on the way to work. When I hear some of their songs, I like to think of how it's charted, so I can plan it out.

And...for those that love puzzles: the current issue of GAMES World Of Puzzles Magazine has a puzzle titled "Magical Mystery Tour". Suffice it to say, that caught my eye.

I actually play Pink Floyd and then pretend to play it with my rock band guitar.

For the Beatles I've started listening to each entire album before it comes out (listened to Abbey Road and The White Album so far, amazing!)

Every morning when I come to my desk at work, I flood the office with beatles songs from my MP3 player plugged into a subwoofer :D. Often I will start with "Good Morning,Good Morning" and here comes the sun. However, lately i have been very much into the bluesy beatles phase with songs like Dig a pony, yer blues, don't let me down and stuff like that.

Guess my workmates hate me by now :D

I am THE Beatlegeek;

Once, I played and sung "Imagine" when I was in the beach with my friends. I went with an electric piano, you know, these with support batteries. People looked at me with a WTF? face that I'll remember all my life.
