Where are my drums?

I sent in my replacement drums last Monday, and according to my tracking number...they arrived to the warranty place on Friday. Butttt... I haven't heard anything from EA about shipping my new set or anything...

Any ideas?

I appreciate the sarcasm, but I asked for the EA support number since I cannot seem to find it...and your spam isn't helping the situation at all.

Well, I just got off the phone with EA, and it doesn't even look like mine have been shipped yet.

According to UPS, they got my old drums on the 6th. It's the 13th now, and the dread "shipping information received" is what UPS is showing for the tracking number EA gave me. Says 2nd Day Air, though. So that confirms that even the people the didn't do the "express" option stlll get 2nd Day Air shipping.

The supervisor I talked to said he's gonna call the wherehouse in MI and try to find something out, then call me back. When/if he calls back, I think I might have to ask about the free game. A week between getting my drums and even shipping a replacement set out is a little extreme.
