Myself along with several other people on here have all experienced the same problem, basically we start to download a track, it has some tpye of problem in the middle, and doesn't download correctly. Afterwars it shows up as purchased in the store, thereby preventing us from purchasing it again, but it will not download correctly. Myself along with several others on here have contacted EA and Harmonix, and basically just gotten the brush off. Has anyone in the community figured out a solution, since EA/Harmonix obviously could not care less. Here are some of the threads that highlight the problem:

Lol, yeah I have seen HMX doing "all they can" which is basically saying "not out problem, go away." When you spend hundreds of dollars on a company's products, you expect them to stand behind them, not just pass the buck. If Harmonix was at all committed to customer service, and this really was a problem with Nintendo, they would be working with Nintendo to fix the problem, not just washing their hands of it and leaving their customers hanging.

While I have yet to have the problem described here happen to me - 118 tracks DL-ed w/ no issues - it is in both Nintendo's & HMX's best interests to make sure customers are happy. They know that.
Be patient, young padawan....
