Hi. I ordered my express replacement for my guitar on December 9th and it has been three days since that and I haven't even received a tracking # e-mail or anything. I only have an RMA number. What should I do? Thanks!

Please....can anyone advice me on what to do? I only have an RMA number...no Tracking #. How do I get it? It's been 4 days since I ordered a replacement!

If you don't see any updates to your request within the timelines listed above please feel free to PM me (or contact Support) with your RMA number so we can check on it for you.

I'd give that a try since you have a RMA number.
