EU PSN Store - Mayhem Track Pack not available for purchase

I noticed this last week and immediately contacted Sony UK who I just spoke to on the phone and they seem to want to just shun this as not their problem telling me to get in contact with Activision (who apparently own Rock Band heaven forbid).

In short the Mayhem Tour Track Pack is not available on the European PSN store as the pack, you can buy all the singles but unlike the rest of the track packs it's not available as one. It's on the US PSN Store perfectly normal, any chance this could be chased up with Sony Europe.

According to this post (http://community.eu.playstation.com/playstationeu/board/message?board.id=bEN_g_gen_store&message.id=8303&query.id=55268#M8303) it was posted to the EU store (which Sony refute as being an official release from Sony).

Any to contradict that forum post their blog (http://blog.eu.playstation.com/2009/07/09/playstation-store-update-%E2%80%93-9th-july-2009/) shows that everything but the mayhem pack was released onto the store that day.

The Mayhem Pack is still not in the EU PS-Store. Could that please be fixed!?

lol, it shows up in the PS-Store, as a pack and all, but only from rock band's in-game music store... BUT, it says it's already purchased, and i can't download any of the songs, nor the full pack... Wish it would get fixed soon :/

I'm in australia, and while the pack shows, it tells me it is already purchased when clearly it is not, and I can go no further. I've been chasing this up with EA (Activision own GH not RB) who have handballed me to Sony, who have sent me straight back to EA. Still waiting on that response... seems no one wants to take any responsibility. I'm really bummed as I primarily bought this game so I could play Cannibal Corpse!
