What now?

My pedal broke in half horizontally. I went to the support site and clicked 360 and then drum pedal, but the only options are missing pedal and a non-functioning pedal. Mine still functions, so how should I go about replacing it?

What do you mean it still functions? How can it function if it's snapped in half?

I cocooned it in duct tape, and it still functions when I press it. But after your post, it seems obvious to me now. I'll report it as non-functioning.
