I ordered express shipment for a replacement guitar on Wednesday, November 28th. It is now Wednesday December 12th and the ups site still says "billing info received" and the ea site has my status as "Updated by EA." I'm pissed.
Shouldn't i get the email for the free game by now? Is it a good time to call and complain?

I ordered for my replacement yesterday and now it says IN TRANSIT TO NJ etc.. Wow it was really fast. Idk... but it says mine is arriving tommorow...2 days... You should call them, as if you are fortunate to talk to a friendly associate, he/she will speed up the proccess or tell you the reason for the delay, plus let you choose your game .

Yes! I provided my credit card, the express way. I guess they hate me. For about three days the EA site had my status as "Parts Shipped." Then it changed to "Updated By EA."

I complained to them, my rma was cancelled and went through a lot of trouble. I walked out of it with a free version of crysis for pc. Originally, I was told crysis was not allowed, then they said I could get a digital download, I was asking questions about redownloading it and the guy said i would get a call back. When he called back (in a very fast manor surprisingly) he said he managed to pull a few strings and would be sending me the DVD version of crysis! yay!

My RMA was submitted 11/24. I still don't have a guitar. I have had three seperate RMa's that have gotten screwed up at different points along the way. Last time they sent me an empty box, which was the first time that they actually sent anything to me. Day 18 and counting for me. You are not alone. And yes CALL THEM.

Thanks guys. I called, and spoke with a supervisor. He canceled my existing rma and made a new one. I also asked him for a free game, he agreed. I asked for Orange Box, he said except Orange Box, so i asked for Prostreet. He'll send me that, yay for me!
BTW the supervisor told me he didn't know what happened. He said it should have left the warehouse a long time ago. So if you're still waiting i suggest you call because if i didn't i don't think i would ever get my replacement.
