How/When will Canadian DLC come up?

As I play my imported Rock Band to death all I still ponder is if I will be able to get my grubby hands on my Weezer and Radiohead next week.

Will the DLC for just that week be up and XBL will play catch up later? Will all of it be shoved at once? Will Canada simply have the same DLC schedule just a month pushed back? Or will we not get the DLC at all or for a while?

As someone who has 50 bucks reasy to buy a XBL points card as soon as needed someone responding to my concern would be great.

Not sure about XBL, but Canadian DLC is already available on the PSN, albeit at an inflated price

Rock Band DLC is available on my 360, but sadly I don't have RB. In Victoria right now, but I have a US account (going to school in Canada, originally from the States) so that is probably why I have the DLC available.... However I didn't use a CC with my account, so I'm pretty sure somebody could create a US account or something and get the DLC. Of course they would have to put the points and such and get all that on the new account. Guess it would be easy for someone who doesn't have Live yet to do it, just a thought though.

Damn, I live in Mexico and haven't been able to find any DLC at all. Some people have told me about getting a US account. But what about the MS points? How can I get them? If I get the songs, will I be able to play them with my regular account? Thanx for your answers in advance.
