EA told me the bass pedal isn't covered if it breaks, is that true?

I knew it was coming, I could feel the bass pedal flexing as I pressed it due to the lack of support in the middle. Today it snapped in half and the mongoloid at EA said that wasn't covered. The pedal is horribly designed with no support in the most important part. I can't believe they won't replace it. Is there anything I can do whilst I wait for a supervisor to call back?


Edit: Oh, nevermind, I just filled out the form on EA and it is being shipped. Duh.

Just so they can send you naother crappily designed unit they will eventually break. This is a fundamental design problem. It is one of many problems with RB. This whole launch has been an unmitigated disaster.
