After only some brief playtime on my third strat, the whammy bar is loose to the point where it drops to 6:00 (pointing toward the floor) anytime I'm not holding on to it. I've already been through two guitars (one had the downstrum problem, another had bad tilt sensors and the whammy spring popped), so I was really hoping this one would last for a while. From what I've seen of the whammy mechanism, there's no way to possibly tighten it. Has anyone else run into this problem, and does anyone have solutions?
Also, could someone at EA/HMX clarify whether or not a "loose but not broken" whammy bar would qualify for replacement under warranty? Admittedly it doesn't prevent me from playing the game, but it's quite annoying having to search for the whammy bar anytime I want to use it.
