I've heard it's some game where a bunch of losers play fake instruments. Isn't that dumb?

Yeah, I think those losers should pick up some REAL instruments instead of sitting around holding toys pretending that they're rock stars.

Then again, all the major rock rhythm games support guitar, bass, drums and singing. The drums in RB will actually teach you how to play drums for reals.

No, it's a rip-off of Rock Revolution. Rock Band totally stole the idea and made a crappy game before the amazing Rock Revolution could publish their game.

If you like playing lame "family friendly" pop-rock songs using ugly lego avatars, easier difficulty levels, and no other new and exciting features of particular note, then yeah, go out and buy this game right away!

Also, Chad Kroeger says you should just play a real instrument instead of this "rock band" crap, and I'm fully prepared to blindly follow anything he says, seeing as he is such a brilliant songwriter
