I ordered a SE bundle for the 360 on the 14 of Nov from this Rockband website. Soon after i bought online i didnt want to wait, and picked up an bundle at my local Wal Mart. After I had my bundle at home, I have tried repeatedly to cancel my order, at least 3 or 4 times with that My Question thing. And today i get a confirmation email saying it has shipped. This is great... Does anyone have a phone number i can get a hold of someone from this website store or what would you do? Thanks for help in advanced.

I had an issue like this with Amazon. The underhanded so and so's make it intentionally difficult to cancel orders in the name of sales.

A very easy solution is to simply "refuse delivery" when UPS shows up at your door. The box will go back to amazon, and you'll get a nice email and automatic refund. If you aren't going to be home at the time, a note on the door will usually work... provided the UPS man is paying attention.

The same thing happened to me. I've repeatedly tried to contact a human at rockbandstore.com but have had no luck. Harmonix/EA should really have done a more diligent job of assessing the customer service capabilities (or lack thereof) of the company they outsourced this store to. It's an absolute shame.

I agree with the post above. You can reject the shipment and send it back to the shipper. Also, credit card companies can usually help here as well. I contacted mine and they said if this can't be sorted through at the retailer level, I could always cancel any charge that comes through on my account. If canceling the payment doesn't get rbstore customer service attention, I don't know what will.

So yeah, my gameplan is to reject the package and if I get charged, call my credit card company and get them to cancel the charge since the retailer failed to accept my repeated requests to cancel the order prior to shipping. You shouldn't be left on the hook.
