I think John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band would be an excellent source for great Rock Band songs. This band has some of the funnest songs to listen to! Some people may know them better as the actual performers for the Eddie and the Cruiser and Eddie and the Cruisers 2: Eddie Lives movies.

A few choice tracks:

On The Dark Side
Open Road
Pride & Passion
(Keep My Love) Alive

Check out samples of these songs on amazon.com if you would like a short listen. Great stuff though.

Anybody else know about this group?

Wow, I guess I'm in a minority. Does anyone know about this band?

Are we ever likely to see any of John Cafferty's songs included in Rock Band?
I mean he has so many great songs that would be great in the game, whether it be On The Darkside, Tender Years, and Wild Summer Nights... or Hearts On Fire and Voice Of America's Sons.... or Runnin' Thru The Fire, Open Road, Pride And Passion, NYC Song, and Garden Of Eden. I'm really surprised he hasn't made an appearance yet with any songs.

Hell yes! I have been shouting for a while to at least get the "Eddie and the Cruisers" soundtracks in the game!

I agree wholeheartedly that this group needs to be in the game, they have so many great songs that would be so fun to play in the game!

I completely agree. I wonder what it would take to get some of these songs in the game?

Any idea Harmonix?
