Game Corrupted. FML. 5th time. Who else loves their Wii?

if your data corrupts, you just manually save it and it should be rescued.

Well I was doing a full band thing online and after a song it said "saving" and then it said "saving failed for unknown reason" and I couldn't get out of that so I restarted the Wii and it said game corrupted. I turned off the Wii and left.

Not really. It happened to me and I just turned it off and it was fine. Guess it's luck.


Anyway, I pick Option 1. That's why I moved to 360. (Sorta)

today it said game files corrupt when i was gettin in but i turned
it off and everything was perfectly fine after that.

1- Go to options when the data dont save for a unknown reason.
2- Press Manage Data
3- Press Save
4- Overwrite...

And thats it... You got your data saved.

I love my Wii. :D

Although, it is the first Nintendo product I've ever had that broke by itself. But Nintendo's awesome warranty got me a new one for free, so +1 for them.

I agree with this :D My xbox is awesome!! I'm glad I bought it, now I can have as much dlc as I want :D Before, on wii my sd card was almost full :(

Well, I wouldn't say that the Wii is a fail. But I think that it was a really bad idea that you can't backup your game data to your SD card. I also wish we could utilize SDHC cards so we could save more DLC... but oh well... now I have a 360 and lots of Wiimigrant friends who've also made the switch...
