Wouldn't the live version of songs give a more "authentic" sound to the whole stage performance theme of Rock Band? Is it possible any live performances would ever make the cut or will it always be master tracks? What do you guys think about live songs?

most Live tracks arent separated like studio tracks are, so it'd be tough

depends, some live tracks sound better than the studio versions and some studio versions sound better than live versions just depends on the band for me.

I Believe if a band sounds ****ty live, they're ripping you off. I wanna see some live Who, it's not like they're the greatest live band ever, or anything. I have a 5 track recording from Shepperton, which is incredible, it really shows how awesome Keith and John were, and even without them, in 2007, they're still the greatest live band around, Pete and Rog could outpreform 100% of the bands out there today
