A man arrested on child porn charges tried to get off by blaming the cat for the 1,000 or so illicit images on his computer's hard drive:

Griffin told detectives he would leave his computer on and his cat would jump on the keyboard.

When he returned, there would be strange material downloaded, the release states.

Needless to say, the excuse didn't fly with authorities. He's currently being held in a local jail at $250,000 bail.

as disturbing and - illegal - as it is to watch kid porn, he's not harming anybody. although those that watch it are probably hunting down kids at the playground.

That cat needs to stick to it's own species:D

On a serious note though, whether it's producing or in possession, holding child porn is a serious offense and allows for more interest of the matter.
