I'm not sure if anyone knows or not but thought i'd ask.
I pre-ordered RB for the PS2 through Amazon over 1 month ago. Well, last night I get an email as many have that the order was cancelled due to not receiving the anticipated shipment quantity. So here I am with no family christmas gift. My 3 daughters are avid GH3 players on the wii, the youngest is 4, oldest is 8 and they are all up to expert level. What better gify for all to play together right? Well that was just crushed, so i'm thinking of how to get this for them. There are PS2 kits available for over $400 on ebay, not going to happen. We have an old PS2 and wii, no PS3 or 360.
So what i'm wondering is will the PS3 instruments work with the PS2? I don't know if the instruments are actually different or not, they're all USB so I should be able to put them on a hub, buy the RB game only for the PS2 and go at it right?
Just thought i'd check to see if anyone has tried this or not.
