You get Beatles Rock Band, go home, and the electricity in your whole city went out?

Why? Are you planning something?

Lol, no, trust me, I wanna play too. I'm just wondering how insane people would go. I would flip out and find a way to play.

I would be fricken pissed. And after 3 hours of waiting (so 3am), I'd tell myself I'd need to sleep. Then I'd lay in bed for about two hours, constantly checking to see if the alarm clock had turned back on. If it does, Show time! If not, I'll probably be asleep by 5:30 am.

I'd grab the emergency battery and plug in.

I would be pretty pissed, seeing how when RB2 came out & I got it & started playing that basically happened to me haha. Didn't have power for the rest of that day I think, it was pretty horrible.

So if that were to happen again..I'm thinking a Neversoft conspiracy?

Maybe I should rent a generator that night....

I would get on my roof and play air-Beatles.

Freak out like it was August '03.

But more importantly...

"What would you do if I sang out of tune?/Would you stand up and walk out on me?"

August 03?

I would be pretty pissed. That is not nearly as bad as the time my sister broke my gamecube and I had to wait a month before I could even play my newly picked up coppies of Legend of Zelda Wind Waker and Ocarina of Time.

August 03?

Sorry. Forgot that one's not universal. Back in August 2003, the Northeast US and part of Canada had a massive black out. No power for three days (depending on where you were) in ENTIRE STATES...it sucked, to say the least.

I wouldn't do that for a Klondike Bar.

I plan on being in Manhattan, so there will be riots if the city's power goes out ;)

I would first have a little episode, followed by unnecessary rage at anyone who gets in my way.

Then I'd hop in my car, with my new game, controllers, xbox, and anything else and go to my friends house.

It is there that I'd enjoy countless hours of Beatlemania!

Pick up my kit and drive to someone's place with electric, playing my new remastered CDs on the way.

Hey, I must have thought that at the same time as you Killercoissants

Hehe, a definite possibility! :D

Let's just hope that such a thing as the power going out doesn't happen! O.O

I remember that, and I was at my grandma's house, and like, the entire Northeast had no power and people were walking home in New York City and it was brutally hot, but we randomly still had power.

I'd be pretty annoyed at first. Then I would suck it up and watch a movie or tv show (yea for laptop batteries!) and wait it out. We usually don't lose power for more than 30-40 minutes when it goes out (2x the last four years). Might even go for a drive and sing Beatles tunes to kill time until power came back up.

After a fair amount of hair tearing and tantrums, I'd probably stick one of the remastered CDs on my laptop, whip out the Hofner and pretend I was playing :)

Even worse...

Imagine if you get the RROD?? That thought scares the crap out of me.

That is exactly what happened to me when Rock Band 2 came out. It was Rock Band 2 Eve and BAM - Xbox died.

I had to wait a month and a half until I could finally play it. :(

That would scare me if I only had one 360. I kept hoping disaster wouldn't strike before RB2 came out. I did red ring in Feb., and while we sent it out to be fixed, we just went ahead and got a second box for the upstairs so we could both be playing games (or watching movies, or whatever) at the same time or in whatever location we wanted.

So if we had a RRoD on that day, it would suck, but we would just cue up the next 360 and start playing only a few minutes late.

That happened to me too. I bought Rock Band 2, took it home, popped it in and RROD. I was pissed.

Well, first I'd have to change my pants. Then I'd drive a car(even though I'm 13) as fast as I could to the electrical place and yell at em at the top of my lungs.

Either that or I'd go to a place that has electicity. lol

Shouldn't the OP's post have been: "I sang out of tune?" I would then respond: "I'd stand up and walk out on you."

Also, I'd curse the gods until they got their senses together and restarted my power.

I came in here to say that, but it appears as though I was beat to it. Good work.
