Standard is good, and auto draft for people who can't make it is okay. They'd just get the next best player and such. Live draft for the rest.

i found that a 9pm EST weekday draft worked well for people in my baseball league. i had 30 second limits, most of the forumers attended, and it last less than an hour.

it'll really depend on how many people draft. the first round will go the longest if few people draft because they'll have the full time limit before it sets to auto.

Alright I'll try the 60 second limit. Hopefully everyone doesn't use the full time period. Everyone at least try to be quick with their picks. Once the first round or two is over the rest of the draft usually moves pretty fast anyway.

How does Fantasy Football work?

I'm interested, but want to know what the heck it's all about.

Well you get points based on how well different fantasy players do. Ie points if a QB throws a TD pass or runs for a TD, points for a WR catching a TD etc. The better your fantasy players to do the more points you get. And you have head to head match ups against the other players in the league. However the sign up is closed but if a few people drop out you'll get a spot.

Meh... I know the Packer's defense was actually pretty good when I started watching football... I haven't paid attention to them lately...

And to be honest, the freaking Ravens defense slightly gets better with each year that passes by... So for sure, you got a good defense... (Of course, whoever got the Steelers defense got a pretty damn good one!)

Ha! And trust me, the week that Favre and the Vikings play the Ravens, someone better pick them up... I freaking hate the fact that everyone is saying that Favre completely has changed the outcome of that game in I think week four (not really for sure!)...

I think the Ravens are going to be a little down this year considering they lost Rex Ryan. But maybe their new D coordinator will do a good job. I got the Titans (who are supposed to be a very good fantasy unit) and the Bucs as my D's.

One alternative we have is to just put the same players everyone had on their teams, if that's possible. I've got lots of time today, so I could do it. I'd just need the email (that I deleted) that was sent out when we did the draft recapping it, plus whoever you dropped and picked up off the waiver wire (seems complicated.)

The other (which I hope happens) is for Stewie to actually show up and tell us what the **** is going on.
