"All You Need Is Love" will be available only on the 360 at first. All of the revenue received from it in the first month will go to some charity (forget which). I've always assumed that the month that counts towards the charity is also how long the track's going to be exclusive.

Microsoft made a huge deal of it at E3.

As far as i know it was a collaboration of Apple Corps., MTV Games, Microsoft, and HMX, which picked out the charity

well and when you have the x-box at least for rock band dlc you get it on Tuesday will ps3 on Thursday, and the wii who knows(right now they get it on Thursday but they also get all the old dlc the x-box and ps3 have had for some time so that's sorta annoying so there is a slight exclusive to the x-box on getting dlc first

The Wii gets DLC on Tuesday, not Thursday, and will soon (in the next two months or so) catch up to parity with the 360/PS3.

From then on, all DLC will be released across the consoles on the same week.
