I just got my replacement drums today and there is no pedal in the box anywhere.

Wtf?! Why include a place to put the pedal in the original box if you're not going to send me a new one?!

So, after weeks of waiting, the drums I receive are useless. Nice job.

The drums and pedals were separate items on the support page.

The drums and pedals were separate items on the support page.

I found that to be slightly confusing. On the support site, there is the option to say your 'drum pads', 'drum pedal', or 'drum kit' are not working. I figured pads and pedal were self-explanatory, and 'drum kit' meant everything was not working. It seems to make sense that choosing 'drum kit' would include a whole new package, including pedal. Guess not. So what is the difference between 'kit' and 'pads' then?

I chose pads.. and was confused by the box they sent me to send it in because it had slots to put everything in. So I put it all in there since that's what it looked like it wanted me to do.

They really need to have this set up better. Now I've got to wait for a pedal. =|

It was kinda confusing for me too. I ordered two replacements for my drums.

The first for the red pad because I had an early version that was considered the worst red pad. Then my bass pedal broke. I put in two rma's.

Express shipment came and the instructions for the drumkit box said to put the bass pedal in with it. I didn't want to because I had a seperate box that the new pedal came in. Plus it was a crammed box.

Very confusing but I think the pedal counts by itself as a replacement.

This makes no sense.

Ugh.. I can't wait until I can finally play drums like I used to. It's been almost a month. =/
