Charactor glitch!

Ok so i made this charactor named pyro. She is this girl and she only shows up in the game if i play as her. But if i play another insterment and she is the guitar or any other insterment she dosnt show up and is a another charactor! I made 2 pyros both dont work if you need proof or can help me please tell me.:(
