Today I got my first replacement guitar. It has green stickers on the back. I wish I could tell you that it works, but it is clearly broken out of the box. The strum bar is only halfway raised out of the body of the guitar, making it entirely useless.
This is even worse than the double-strum, as I can't use it. Of course, I can't even file a new freakin RMA because I didn't send the other guitar back. What great treatment we get for being the early adopters to this product...
