I did the normal shipping option when I opened an RMA with EA for a replacement guitar. I received the empty box and shipped the guitar back to EA. They received it on 12-11-07 and now it shows Complete under the status on the EA support site. What does Complete mean and how long will it take for them to ship me the replacement guitar? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Normally that means all shipping has been done, and that the old instrument has been recieved.

From what I know it says complete because EA have already received your defective instrument. Try to wait for a few more days, if you still didn't receive the replacement call EA customer support.

castor_troy, Will EA send me a tracking number when it ships or will it just show up?

Like I said try to wait for a few days for the package. If you didn't received any packages after a few days, call EA maybe they can provide you a new tracking number for the replacement.
