Question - Double Strum Sometimes or Always?

I have the dreaded "double strum" but it isn't constant or consistent. Sometimes, for no good reason, notes I hit are missed, and sustained notes are dropped. But it's not EVERY time. Is this a developing double strum issue, or if it's actually the double strum is it supposed to happen EVERY time? Just want to make sure I"m not going crazy and actually loosening up on the sustained notes

My original guitar was double strumming aprox 20% of the time.

My "new" replacement guitar multi-strums (I say multi cause I actually think it is 3x or 4x) about 60%.

Yes you in fact have the dreaded double strum....:(

Have you tried downloading the patch for the game? Although I doubt that it will fix your problem.:(
