I play on a wt set but the yellow cymbal sometimes really adds to the difficuilty that I can do without, are there any real changes to the tbrb set? Ive seen alot of red and green pads hanging off

Im a fairly heavy hitter too cos I am big built lad

Okay, I can understand people confusing the word "cymbal" with the word "symbol," but it's been spelled right consistently in the previous posts in the thread you are replying to. It's right in front of you, why are you getting it wrong?

And they cymbals don't do anything different, they're just drum pads shaped like cymbals for realism.

I mean I am ona world tour kit at the moment which have the elevatred yellow and orange cymbals, is there any real difference to the rb beatles kit to the rb2 one?

Is it worth me buying it so it will be easier for me to play future rock band games cos on rolls the elevated yellow cymbals is annoying

The aaaaaaaRB2 kit seems identical to the Beatles one, except for the pearl finish and Beatles drumhead. As for the yellow cymbal, it can easily be not added to the drumset. They are removable, and I don't think are addd to the Beatles drumset in the bundle. At the various Beatle demos at consor musical events, only some have the cymbals, so I think it's going to be an optional add on, like currentlly.

Im puttish this out wrong or you are not reading my post with your eyes open.

I PLAY WITH A GUITAR HERO DRUM KIT AND THEY HAVE ELEVATED CYMBALS. WHEN USING THIS KIT WITH ROCK BAND IT MAKES IT HARDER TO PLAY FAST REPEATED YELLOW NOTES. ALL IVE HEARD FROM IS ROCK BAND 2 KITS BREAKING WITH HEAVY HITTERS. ON THE TB:RB KIT IS THERE ANY BIG CHANGES LIKE BETTER STABILITY AND THE PADS HAVING TO BE HELD ON BY TAPE.

No, same exact thing. Buying TB:RB drum set would not be worth it for you because you need to buy the whole $250 bundle, unless your willing to do that, then it is worth it. The RB drumset doesn't come with cymbals, they're sold separately. And the yellow pad isn't elevated, so it's easy for fills. And if you're worried cause you're a 'heavy hitter', you could try taping the pads before hand, or hit a little bit lighter. the drumsets do come with a warranty for an extra $5 or so.

The cymbals do add something to gameplay though. I was under the impression that when you had the cymbal pack, you could play fills and use the hi hat, the ride, and the crash, in addition to the toms. If this isn't true, it's just for realism.

There will always be drums on there own, trust me. Not as hmx intended but there will, I wont be buying them in if they haven' even bothered to change serious faults in them apart from a circle net which I could make if I want.

Thanks for your help.

There's probably gonna be a BIG difference from my Rock Revolution drum kit to the Beatles: Rock Band drum kit.
