Promotional Code used or wrong RB2

When i try to redeem the promotional code thats comes with RB2 (full set) it keeps telling that my code is either wrong or used.

Of course the game (full set) was sealed with no chance of being stealed (the big box was sealed and the game itself too)

How can i fix this?

Contact EA at the number on the last page of the game manual.

Are you putting in the code from the manual into your console? If so, that won't work; redeem your code here (http://register.rockband.com/) and use the one you receive there instead.

If you're doing it right, contact HMX (I think HMXcj is the right person to go to or email support@harmonix.com) or EA.
