Ok.. so i have broken my 4th bass pedal in 2 weeks, I wouldn't be mad at all really if it was my fault, but it is just a horribly made pedal.

Before i rant at EA, I want you to try one thing. Take 2 pencils, the first one, put your thumb and pointer of one hand around the middle of the pencils, and pull either side down with your other hand. It breaks, doesnt it? This is the current bass pedal. With the second pencil, put your thumb and forefinger on either end of the pencil and pull down the other side with your hand. Even if you manage to break it, it takes much more time and effort than the first pencil. This is how they should make the bass pedal, and that is a simple change to make, just move the spring a couple of inches forward.

Now... to rant. EA, did none of your employees graduate middle school? I can figure out this simple change as an 8th grader, and im sure any 10 year old can figure it out. Did you not even play the game to test it out? I took one look at my broken pedal and figured out why it broke. And seriously, who made that horrible strat? It has to be one of the worst made guitars ever. Some of us acutally LIKE to count our strums, and making it clickless makes it broken out of the box. I consider myself okay at Guitar hero (25 FCs on Expert), and i cannot stand playing the strat for more than 10 seconds. I was exicted about the strat when i heard about it, i picked it up out of the box, and its broken. So i sent it back in and got a new one, played, oh hmm looks like i cant even keep a constant rythmn because i cant hear myself play. Just having a clicking strum bar would have saved all the complaints about broken strats, but you decide to cater to the people that cant even beat medium that get annoyed when they hear a clicking of a strum bar.

The clicking strumbar was one of the biggest complaints about the GH2 guitars.

You should learn to keep time with the sound the strum makes coming out of the game, or just keep time by knowing when your hand goes up and down. I think if you just played with it for a few hours you'd get completely used to it.

Ahh... no. People aren't returning the guitars because the strum bars don't click. They're returning them because the strum bar stops registering notes in the game because it's broken. A silent strum bar is not a broken strum bar.

I understand that the click makes it easier for you to keep time, but must admit that it really detracts from the overall experience of trying to sound like a rocker, and not have it sound like someone's playing wooden spoons behind you.
